How tight is the weave? We have dogs that get on our bed and I dont want it to get snagged or pulled. We have some very inexpensive gauze type blankets that we love the weight but they snag horribly and look terrible.: The weave on these blankets is pretty tight!

Where can I find the size of the blankets and washing instruction?: The washing instructions from the weaver are "All washing should be done separately with no other items in the machine. Use a generous amount of water, Light detergent, and never use any fabric softener. Tumble dry on high heat but do not over-dry."
