Red Land Cotton is an Alabama-based, family-owned cotton farm and heritage bedding brand. We grow, weave, and ship American-made bedding from our home in Lawrence County, and we're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented team member to join our production and fulfillment operation.
About the Role
As a Folding & Packing Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing finished products for shipment and retail, ensuring every item that leaves our facility meets our quality standards. This is a hands-on, physical role that requires focus, consistency, and pride in your work.
Responsibilities
- Fold, package, and prepare bedding products for shipment and in-store display according to brand standards
- Inspect finished goods for quality, flagging any defects or irregularities
- Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient workspace
- Meet daily fulfillment targets while maintaining accuracy
- Collaborate with production and inventory teams as needed
- Follow all safety and operational procedures
What We're Looking For
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
- Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or manufacturing experience a plus but not required

Red Land Cotton is an Alabama-based, family-owned cotton farm and heritage bedding brand. Our small brick-and-mortar store in Moulton is where customers come to experience our products in person, and we're looking for a friendly, knowledgeable associate to help make every visit a great one.
About the Role
As an In-Store Shopping Associate, you are often the first point of contact for customers visiting our retail location. You will represent the Red Land Cotton brand with warmth and professionalism, help customers find the right products, and support the day-to-day operations of the store.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a welcoming, knowledgeable manner
- Share product information and help customers make confident purchase decisions
- Process transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system
- Maintain store appearance, including folding, restocking, and general tidiness
- Support inventory management and receiving as needed
- Communicate customer feedback and needs to store leadership
What We're Looking For
- Friendly, professional, and genuinely enthusiastic about helping people
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
- Comfortable working independently in a small retail environment
- Prior retail or customer service experience preferred
- Flexible availability across weekdays and occasional Saturdays
- Familiarity with or interest in American-made and heritage goods a plus

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with occasional Saturday availability required

Red Land Cotton is seeking a skilled Sewing Machine Operator to help craft our American-made bedding and home goods. This role focuses on producing high-quality products with consistency and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Operate industrial sewing equipment, including plain needle and serger machines
- Maintain consistent attendance and arrive on time each day
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and demonstrate quality-conscious work habits
- Follow production guidelines to complete sewing operations accurately
- Maintain quality standards and identify any fabric, stitching, or machine issues
- Perform basic machine upkeep as needed
- Assist with additional production tasks based on team needs
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Minimum of one year of sewing experience or completion of a sewing course
- Ability to read, write, and follow written and visual instructions, including reading a measuring tape or ruler
- Strong communication skills and dependable work habits
- Must pass a background check and drug screening; valid driver’s license required if operating a company vehicle
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and operate foot controls
- Strong hand-eye coordination for detailed stitching and material handling
- Capable of bending, reaching, and moving materials throughout a 10-hour shift
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs repeatedly and work safely in a production environment
- Good visual acuity for color accuracy, detail, and seam quality
