Red Land Cotton is looking for a skilled, detail-oriented cutter to support our manufacturing team. This role handles materials and cuts fabrics from light to heavy weights using hand tools and, for Level 2, mechanical slitters/cutters. • Cut light to moderate fabrics (Level 1)
• Cut all fabric weights and operate slitters/cutters

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to work independently, adapt to routine changes, and maintain consistent attendance

Red Land Cotton is looking for an experienced sewing machine operator to help craft our American-made bedding and home goods. • Operate single- and double-needle sewing machines
• Position, join, hem, and finish materials according to specifications
• Select threads, bindings, and trims as needed
• Monitor stitching quality and report any machine issues
• Cut excess material or thread and perform basic machine care
• Assist with additional tasks based on production needs
• Occasionally arrive early, stay late, or work some weekends

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Minimum one year of sewing machine experience or completion of a sewing course
• Ability to read, write, and follow written/visual guides
