Our best-selling sheets are crafted from 100% cotton grown on our family farm in Alabama featuring our signature yarn size and weave construction for a crisp, cool hand feel. Our hemstitched classic sheets feature two rows of hand-sewn hemstitching on the flat sheet and pillowcases

Very well-made sheet set

"This was my first order from Red Land Cotton. I really want to support American companies that make their products here in the US, and I have found that it is difficult to find American-made bedding. I read about Red Land Cotton, and decided to give it a try. I am very happy with the Hem-stitched Sheet set that I ordered. It's always a concern whether a fitted sheet will fit your mattress well, and I was pleased to find that this one fit very well, with ample depth in the corners to accommodate my king-sized mattress. The elastic band of the fitted sheet is the largest I've ever seen on a fitted sheet, which, to me, is a sign that the manufacturer didn't try to cut corners by using the smallest amount of material they could get away with. The cotton material of the sheets feels soft against your skin, too. The other big question was what the sheets would look like after they were washed, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that they came through with far less wrinkling than I expected. I did not see a need to iron them, which I was very glad about! I couldn't be happier with my order. I will be a returning customer."

Q&A

Do these sheets have to be ironed or are they wrinkle free after drying: Our sheets are not finished with chemicals to make them "no-iron". Therefore, you will need to iron your sheets if you want them completely flat.
Do. You use roundup or other chemicals on the cotton or genetically modified plants?: We do use genetically modified seed on our farm. This allows us to use fewer pesticides and herbicides during our growing season, because the plants are bred to resist certain pests and weeds. In our opinion, this is simply smart science.

Do the king size sheet sets come with king size pillowcases?: yes! King size sheets come with king size pillowcases.
is it possible to order/receive a swatch of the material of the sheet ?: We do not offer samples but we recommend ordering a set of pillowcases to try them out!
On the bottom sheet, how wide is the elastic?: 1/2" elastic all around the perimeter!

In a previous answer about thread count and softness you wrote about the yarn size saying, “We are also using a larger yarn size so you get the softness of a high thread count without the compromising airflow.” So, that wording gives me pause that perhaps your percale won’t breathe. Or did you make a mistake creating your sentence. If it would have read “without compromising the airflow” the meaning changes. Please state a clarification describing if your weave allows airflow and breathing. Thank you.: Our yarn size is thicker than what is traditionally spun but we are using a fairly low thread count. Therefore, there are fewer yarns packed into a square inch. Our bedding does allow for airflow. We would like to recommend you try a set of our pillowcases before trying the full sheet set to make sure you like the fabric. i have a set of sheets that i bought from you years ago. maybe your records show when i purchased them, but i pulled on the sheet this morning and it split at the seam. What's the typical longevity for these sheets? I purchased a set of L.L. Bean's cotton percale sheets and was stunned they developed large tears, ripped seams, and fraying everywhere after only 4 years. I'm fine paying for quality, but it's helpful knowing what the average lifespan is expected to be.: We have customers who have had our sheets since we opened in 2016 and have no issues, We do have a lifetime warranty and replacement guarantee in place if you ever have any issues caused by normal wear and tear. my mattress measures 12 in at the corner: Hi Mark, You should have no issues using the 14" pocket as this will allow enough room to tuck under and hold the sheet in place, but if you feel like you need a custom-fitted sheet with a smaller pocket, we can do this as well! what is the dofference between 14 and 16 sheets for king size bed: Hi! You will need to measure the corner of your mattress and use the measurements to choose the best pocket depth for your bed.
Does the fitted sheet stay snug after sleeping on it? I could not find a picture of how the fitted sheet is sewn.: Hi Brandy, Our fitted sheets are sewn with elastic all the way around the fitted sheet, We recommend going with our 16” option if your mattress measures 14” or greater. however you should measure your mattress in the corner to ensure you get the best fit.
