Peach Cobbler by Debbie McCain
We asked our staff to share their favorite family recipes! Today, we're sharing seamstress, Debbie McCain's Peach Cobbler which pairs perfectly with Ticking Stripe Apron!
Ingredients:
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 1 stick butter
- 28 oz can of peaches
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp nutmeg
Directions:
Melt butter in baking dish. Mix flour, sugar, and milk. Add cinnamon and nutmeg. Pour mixture into 8 x 10 baking dish. Add in peaches. Bake at 300o for 30 minutes or until crust forms at top and browns.
Notes:
You may also double ingredients for a 9x13 baking dish.
